30-day return window
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Include your order number, the reason for your request and, where relevant, photos of damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Ordinary returns
Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. You may carefully try on clothing to check its fit, but it must not have been worn for daily use.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with the details so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution. The ordinary unused and original-condition requirements do not exclude a claim relating to a problem present on arrival. Damage to packaging on arrival does not by itself invalidate such a claim.
How to return
Please obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. Our return address is Fabrycate, Lieu-Dit La Brunerie, 14380 Mesnil-Clinchamps, France. Returns are sent to France even when the delivery address is in the United States. Please take the international return destination into account.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping costs when the return results from our error, a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect item. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact [email protected] if you need help with an approved refund.
